Creative Events & Workshops

Outside of 1:1 therapy, I offer opportunities to help you access your inner voice, overcome barriers to self-expression and reconnect with your body in a group format. As a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, I also offer professional development for therapists, clinicians and medical professionals.
