If you prefer to step away from your many responsibilities so you can really drop in, come see me in my Seattle office located in the Ballard neighborhood.

Hybrid Therapy

The best of both worlds! Parenting means an often shifting schedule. Come in person when you need space to yourself, be virtual when you can't get away. 

Virtual Therapy

If you've got a jam packed schedule or live elsewhere in Washington, experience high quality care through zoom or even over the phone.
